Eat Healthier!

Updated on December 22, 2013

Are You Trying Too Hard?

Devoting energy to the career so you can pay the bills. Squeezing in some family time. Trying to find time to exercise. Forcing yourself to have a little fun once in awhile. (most of the time you aren't up to it, you are just too tired)

But whenever your mind clears for a moment, there's an empty feeling.

How can this be? After all, if you're in America, you are in a country that has 1/6 of the world's population, and 1/2 of all its money.

You shouldn't be feeling empty, right?

Why can't you enjoy life?

And why don't we have the energy to dream?

Have You Thought About The Possibility That It Could Be Related To What You're Eating?

Sure, you look around. I know you do. We all get a kick out of watching people.

We look terrible, don't we.

We look dead.

Doesn't matter where you go to observe.

Especially, though, look at the crowds in restaurants.

Then look at what's on the plates.

It's not real food.

Could what's wrong with our mind, body, and spirit be what we're eating- or NOT eating?

The Other Day I Realized I Couldn't Continue To Eat So Poorly - It was time to take action. this was non-negotiable.

Over the years, I'd developed some really bad habits.

I blamed this on the fact that, because of my work, I usually ate on the road.

And in a restaurant, almost everything is processed.

When you're in a hurry, it's fast foods- which are probably even worse, but the sit down restaurant stuff may actually be just as bad.

And these places are packed. I'd always thought I ate out because I was single, and on the road. But these places are filled with families.

Doesn't anybody cook anymore? And doesn't anybody eat real food?

Below, Tim Morrow, from the University Of Common Sense, begins to explain how processeds foods deteriorate our health.

This could be the root cause of absolutely every problem we have- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

It could be the reason our country is in the state it is in today.

We're Getting Weaker - there are now diseases we can't control

Growing Old Does Not Make Us Sick - growing sick makes us grow old

Just Go To Google.com - and search "diseases out of control"

But we don't have to live in fear about this.

In fact, if you listened to Tim Morrow, you now realize that there may be a certain segment of our world that WANTS us to be fearful.

Fear makes us easy to control.

And most of those educating us? They are sick themselves!

So, I Went To The Grocery Store Today

Stayed just in the meat and produce sections.

Purchased grass fed chicken and beef, organic brussells sprouts, oranges, and apples, and some butter.

After all, who eats brussels sprouts without butter?

And yes the cheese is probably processed but I 'll deal with that later. It was Brie, that's supposed to be natural.

But once I get in the swing of this, I understand there are 3000 different REAL FOODS I can enjoy.

Maybe someday I'll look and feel like the lady in the picture pushing the cart.

Meanwhile, no more diets. Just real food.
